Procter & Gamble Earns Seventh Spot On DiversityInc Top 50 List

Procter & Gamble ranked number 7 on the DiversityInc Top 50 list of companies with leading diversity initiatives. Procter & Gamble has had a long history of promoting workplace diversity, with chairman and chief executive officer Bob McDonald leading the company's push for workplace equality. Diversity efforts of the consumer goods company include its annual Global Diversity and Inclusion Week and flex@work, a program aimed at helping employees better balance their work and life needs. Also, the company uses its resource groups and marketing departments to reach multicultural consumers.
