Procter & Gamble Supports Bill Banning Workplace Discrimination Based On Sexual Orientation

Procter & Gamble agreed to support the bipartisan legislation Employment Non-Discrimination Act, which seeks to end workplace discrimination based on sexual orientation and gender identity, according to advocacy group Americans for Workplace Opportunity. Other companies supporting the ENDA bill include Nike, Citigroup, General Mills, and Coca-Cola. ENDA exempts religious organizations and small businesses with fewer than 15 employees.
