Unilever VP MacLeod Receives Catalyst Canada Recognition For Promoting Workplace Gender Equality

Unilever's Vice President for Personal Care North America, Sharon MacLeod, was named as one of the women's advocacy group Catalyst Canada's Honours Champions for 2014. Cited as a role model for the country's current and future business leaders, MacLeod was among the first to adopt Unilever's “global vision to empower women”. She worked as a Global Diversion Champion, ensuring the company develops and has access to a pool of qualified women and to help leaders recognize the value of women's contribution to teams.
